Kim brings a wealth of experience in business management, customer relations, and communication to the Full Circle Therapy and Wellness team. A proud graduate of St. Norbert College, Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She spent over 23 years in the cellular industry, where she built lasting relationships with both her teams and customers while adapting to an ever-evolving industry.

In February 2024, Kim embraced an exciting new chapter—merging her passion for customer service with her long-time interest in the medical field. At Full Circle Therapy and Wellness, she is one of the welcoming voices you’ll hear on the phone and the friendly face that will greet you when you arrive. Kim is here to help schedule appointments with our talented therapists, answer your questions, guide you through our range of services, and assist with purchasing wellness products.

Outside of work, Kim is a wife and mother. She and her husband are celebrating their 11th anniversary this year and are proud parents to two wonderful children. Together, they enjoy camping, road trips, and quality time at home building Legos, solving puzzles, and playing board games.
